     As a Platinum Distributor, we are committed to selling and servicing a single brand of refinish products – those manufactured by PPG, the world leader in automotive finishes. Focusing on a single line affords the time and resources for us to gain the knowledge and expertise necessary to be true consultants on the proper selection and use of refinish products.
     This close partnership with PPG also allows us to attend exclusive seminars to discuss the latest collision repair trends and learn about future products and technologies – critical information that we can pass on to our customers.

     As a Platinum Distributor, our personnel attend extensive refinish, management, and technical training courses. This strengthens the ability of our counter and on-site service representatives to problem–solve quickly and keeps our refinish technicians up-to-date with the latest technical information needed to stay productive and to achieve consistent quality work.

Business Management Expertise:
     Our ability to advise and consult extends beyond the paint department. Since we play an active role in PPG’s comprehensive MVP Productivity Analysis Program, we offer in-depth analysis of a shop’s entire operation to help management find ways to enhance overall productivity.
     This expertise for management consulting is enhanced by the fact that Platinum Distributors complete post-graduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh management school. Full-service, On-Site Support:
     To assure a high level of on-site service and support,  Platinum Distributors are fully staffed with field technicians and service representatives. Moreover, there are training standards set to assure these representatives have the background and skills required to conduct regular service consultations with paint technicians and managers of the collision center paint operations.
     Our commitment to full service includes regularly scheduled training designed to keep technicians current with the latest refinish products and techniques. For convenience, training is conducted at PPG's nearby training center and on-site at the customer’s location.

Up-to-date Color Information:
     Accurate color matching is preeminent to quality refinish collision work. Platinum Distributors, therefore, are committed to using only the latest in color mixing technology. For example, Platinum customers benefit from our use of the PPG Access Color system, the state-of-the-art means for formulating accurate, up-to-date paint mixes.
